We aim to turn around all products as quickly as possible. We are however limited to restraints such as the amount of time it takes the paint to dry. Also If you need a project to be completed by a certain deadline the amount of time we need is at least a week, this can be negotiated but if we are enduring a busy period it may be the case that we have to book in your project.

Shipping & Freight

The customer will need to deliver all items to our colouring facility. We are happy to deal with couriers for collecting and sending of products but we cannot be held responsible for any damage they receive during transit.


If there are any problems with the paint at any point, please contact us and we will come out to look at the problem. Generally the only way the paint ends up being removed is through damage during transit/fitting of the product. We can provide a touch up kit to fix any issues when installing products onsite.

The issue of guarantees for any Contract Paintwork carried out will not be issued until payment for that said Contract is received in full.
